计算流体动力学(简称CFD)在许多工业领域的行业中得到应用,可以通过CFD技术验证研发和设计大型燃烧器的燃烧场.使用有限元软件Ansys对燃烧器内腔进行网格划分,对仿真模拟实验结果进行处理,验证燃烧器工作压力与工作温度.通过CFD模拟实验验证,研发设计的新型燃烧器能够保证压力和温度.通过将CFD技术应用到机械设备研发中,可以突破传统计算方法的限制,对设备结构内部环境更为直观的了解,对内部信息更加准确的掌握,改善设备性能.
Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)has been applied in many industrial fields,and can be used to validate the development and design of combustion fields for large burners through CFD technology.Use the finite element software Ansys to mesh the inner chamber of the burner,process the simulation experiment results,and verify the working pressure and temperature of the burner.Through CFD simulation experiments,it has been verified that the newly developed burner can ensure stable pressure and temperature.By applying CFD technology to the research and development of mechanical equipment,it can break through the limitations of traditional calculation methods,gain a more intuitive understanding of the internal environment of the equipment structure,accurately grasp internal information,and improve equipment performance.
