This article mainly studies the size selection,installation and storage maintenance techniques of O-ring rubber seals in hydraulic systems,in order to avoid premature failure and system leakage faults caused by improper selection and maintenance.Especially in the absence of recommended size models,size selection needs to be based on dynamic and static seal types,system working pressure,installation position and groove size,while fully considering different conditions such as material hardness,initial compression amount,and extrusion clearance.
