In this paper,major hazard sources and hidden dangers of coking crude benzene recovery production equipment in the Chemical Technology Company are introduced,the major hazard sources are downgraded to non-major hazard resources through transformation.At the same time,the benzene tank,pipeline,oil washing tank,oil-rich tank and benzene delivery pipeline are modified to improve the safety and stability of the equipment operation,which is of great practical significance for the improvement of the stability and safety of the whole device.
