Research on the Method of Reducing the Water Content of Oil Film Lubricating Oil of Rolling Mill Back-up Rolls
In this paper,the oil film lubrication system of the back-up rolls of the rolling mill of the pickling-rolling unit is taken as the research object,and the task goal is to reduce the water content of the on-line oil film lubrication oil,and the causes of water inlet of the on-site oil film lubrication system are comprehensively analyzed,and a convenient and easy operation method that can reduce the water content of the oil film oil is studied.As a result,it can not only provide good lubrication guarantee for the roll bearings,but also solve the problem of long-term high water content of the lubricating oil to prolong the service life of the lubricating oil,reduce carbon emissions so that cost-reducing,efficiency-increasing and environmentally protective production can be achieved.
