Application of Electrostatic Precipitator Energy-saving Control System in Sintering Plant
Combined with the transformation of the electrostatic precipitator control system of No.15 machine head of the sintering plant,the relevant operation data are collected,and the energy saving and consumption reduction are studied and analyzed.The transformation effect is obvious because the power saving rate reaches 58%and the dust concentration is reduced by 48%under the same production state,and the transformation effect is obvious,which provides a reference for the energy-saving transformation of the same type of electrostatic precipitator.
