摘要
介绍了济源钢铁的废钢智能判级系统、系统特性以及使用后的效果.系统主要采用图像识别的方法,经过数据采集、多重AI运算、大数据分析技术、视频处理、深度学习等技术对废钢铁进行自动判级,达到业务智能化的效果,同时也解决了人工验质工作效率低、感情因素大、安全隐患高、判级难追溯等问题.该系统与计量系统、ERP系统标准对接,能够有效保障数据不落地.
Abstract
This paper introduces the scrap steel intelligent grading system,its system characteristics and effects after application in Jiyuan Iron & Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.This system mainly adopts the method of image recognition,and automatically judges scrap steel through data collection,multiple AI operations,big data analysis technology,video processing,deep learning and other technologies to achieve the effect of business intelligence,and also solves the problems of low work efficiency of manual quality inspection,changeable subjective factors,high safety hazards,and difficult traceability of grading.The system is connected with the measurement system and ERP system standards,which can effectively ensure that the data can only be accessed during processing.
