Daily Maintenance Method of the Roof of the Color-tile Plant in Steel Plant and the Color-tile Reversing Device
With the long-term use of the color-tile plant,the color-tile roof will leak in rainy days due to different degrees of corrosion.In order to solve the problem of slight water leakage on the plant roof,this paper proposes an auxiliary device for finding the water leakage point on the plant roof,which can quickly find the water leakage point of the plant roof and improve the accuracy of water leakage treatment.On the other hand,in view of the difficulty of handling color-tiles and other items in replacing the color-tiles of the plant roof,this paper also proposes a reverse transportation device for the surface of the plant roof,which can effectively improve the efficiency of the color-tile reversal and reduce the labor intensity of employees.The practice has proved that the use of auxiliary devices for water leakage in the plant improve the accuracy of roof leakage treatment and ensure the orderly production of the enterprise.
