With the increase of market demand for silicon steel,the pickling capacity in the existing production line can no longer meet the production demands,so the rinsing section,circulation system and pickling tank have been improved.The pickling capacity of the production line has been improved,and the pickling capacity of the acid tank has been further improved after the acid concentration gradient of the acid tank has been optimized.In the meantime,the improvement of equipment and technology has also helped reduce energy consumption and the waste liquid discharge from the unit.
