In view of the intermittent and irregular abnormal noise between the converter furnace body and the hanging mechanism in the production process of No.1 converter,especially serious abnormal noise during the slag pouring operation,and the inability to continue production due to the axial shaking of the furnace shell in the support ring and other issues,equipment maintenance personnel take measures to temporarily reinforce the converter hanging mechanism,fill both sides of the fixed block with backing plates and monitor the production after the abnormal noise and shaking are significantly reduced during the operation of the converter.The troubleshooting time is 12 hours and the damaged hanging mechanism of the converter is replaced through annual repair,thus completely solving the problem.
