At present,tube furnace heating rich oil in atmospheric pressure is adopted in debenzolization process in the recovery workshop,which not only has potential safety hazards,but also brings new environmental protection problems.Therefore,the use of sensible heat of coke-oven raw gas to generate steam for rich oil heating combined with negative pressure debenzolizaiton process to replace the original tube furnace rich oil heating process can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the process,and has good economic and environmental benefits.
