In the actual equipment operation management,equipment accidents often occur due to spot inspection workers'slackness,negligence,and failure to do routine inspection according to the requirements.This paper introduces the innovation of routine inspection management mode to improve the level of equipment management,improve the operation efficiency of equipment,and effectively avoid equipment accidents caused by human factors.
