大型转炉移动烟罩修复技术创新实践

由于转炉"三罩"离转炉炉口最近,移动烟罩所处生产环境恶劣,管子外壁承受高达约1 450 ℃的烟气的影响,此外,还受烟气冲刷磨损和炼钢吹氧期间飞溅钢渣的冲击和覆盖影响,管子内壁承受水汽的热应力及外壁的温差应力,加之受热面管受热不均和水动力及偏差等影响,导致管子的使用寿命缩短.通过制定汽化烟道移动段下线修复标准,创新移动段下线后修复工艺技术和整体退火热处理工艺技术,改善大型转炉汽化烟道在生产过程中出现管道开裂及变形情况,有效延长汽化烟道使用寿命,降低了设备运行成本.
Innovative Practice of Repair Technology for Movable Hood of Large-scale Converter
The"three hoods"of the converter are closest to the converter mouth,the production environment of the movable hood is harsh,and the outer wall of the tube is affected by the flue gas up to about 1 450 ℃.In addition,the tube is also affected by the erosion and wear of smoke,and the impact and covering of the splashing steel slag during the oxygen blowing of steel-making.The inner wall of the tube is subjected to the thermal stress of water vapor and the temperature difference stress of outer wall,coupled with the impact of the uneven heating of heating surface tube as well as the hydrodynamic force and deviation,thus leading to the shortening of the service life of the tube.By formulating the off-line repair standard for the movable section of vaporization flue,innovating the off-line repair technology of movable section and the heat treatment process technology of overall annealing,the cracking and deformation of the pipeline in the production process of large-scale converter vaporization flue are improved,the service life of the vaporization flue is effectively prolonged,and the operating cost of the equipment is reduced.
