Which plays an important role in the safe and smooth operation of the entire continuous casting system.In the process of using the sliding nozzle,the lower slide plate can't slide(commonly known as:pulling inability)due to various problems,which affects the safety of production.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and explore the reasons for the"pull inability",so as to take targeted countermeasures to ensure the safety and continuity of the production of steel plant.By explaining the structure and working principle of the sliding nozzle,this paper analyzes the reasons for the"pull inability"from three aspects and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,which plays a certain reference role for relevant practitioners.
