Research and Application of Added AGC Cylinder Control System of R1 Rolling Mill
This paper introduces the added AGC cylinder control system on R1 rolling mill of 1580mm hot rolling line,so that the rigidity of the rolling mill can be detected through calibration and control the state of the rolling mill.The fast response speed of AGC and the high leveling accuracy of the rolling mill are conducive to improving the profile of the R1 rolling mill,and the rolling stability,profile control and product quality of the subsequent R2 rolling mill and finishing mill are greatly improved.
