In this paper,mechanical equipment for smelting in metallurgical enterprises are taken as the research object,and the signal processing diagnosis method is used as the practical method to explore the practical application effect and precautions of failure diagnosis technology.Through the study of failure diagnosis methods and countermeasures for mechanical equipment in smelting,it is found that the signal processing diagnosis method has a good effect in the failure diagnosis,which can improve the efficiency of failure diagnosis and ensure the accuracy of failure analysis results.
