This paper introduces the split transformation scheme for the gas heater of the 400t/h gas boiler in the 135MW unit of Thermal Power Plant of Jiangsu Shagang Steel Co.,Ltd.By changing the structure of gas heater,the service life of the equipment is prolonged and the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency is achieved.
