Shot blasting machine is the key equipment of medium and heavy plate plant,and it is an important process before the steel plate enters the roller hearth furnace,so the stable operation of the shot blasting machine is an important factor to improve heat treatment capacity.This paper analyzes and summarizes the common faults of the shot blasting machine,and proposes solutions to facilitate the equipment maintenance personnel to quickly find out solutions to mechanical failures.
