In this paper,the structure of the board hook spindle t is improved in view of the problem that the board hook spindle is fractured while positioning the fixing plate bolt,which causes the fixing plate to be out of position and extruded from flat groove,thus losing the effect of positioning.Through the finite element analysis of the strength and stress distribution of the improved board hook spindle,it is determined that the effective method to solve the displacement of fixing plate is to adopt a annular groove.This structure of the board hook spindle can not only play the role of axial positioning,but also avoid the circumferential impact on the fixing plate,which fundamentally solves the problem of board hook spindle displacement and effectively eliminates the potential safety hazards of board hook falling off.
