摘要

介绍了棒线材生产线的工艺特点,分析了螺纹钢6V轧机减速机输入轴端双列圆锥滚子轴承易损坏的原因,提出了解决措施并予以实施,成功地解决了 6V轧机减速机轴承研磨的问题.

Abstract

This paper introduces the process characteristics of the bar and wire rod production line,analyzes the reasons for the frequent damage of the double-row tapered roller bearing at the input shaft end of the reducer on 6V rebar rolling mill to propose and implement the solutions.As a result,the grinding problem of the bearing of the reducer on 6V rolling mill has been successfully solved.
