摘要
对高效溶气气浮设备的工艺原理、设计参数及整体设备的组成、性能特点、管式反应器特点、无堵塞溶气释放系统、刮渣排泥系统进行了分析论述.高效溶气气浮设备能够去除污水中的悬浮物、油脂、浊度、有机物等,提高处理后的水质指标,达到回收利用更多废水的效果.
Abstract
In this paper,the process principle,design parameters,the composition and performance characteristics of the overall equipment,tubular reactor characteristics,non-clogging dissolved air release system,and the slag scraping and sludge discharge system of the high efficiency dissolved air flotation equipment are analyzed and discussed.High efficiency dissolved air flotation equipment can remove the suspended solids,grease,turbidity and organic matter,etc.from the sewage,improve the water quality indicators after treatment,and achieve the effect of recycling more waste water.
