This paper introduces the basic composition and working principle of ZE-CEM2000 flue gas online monitoring system,expounds the basis of environmental monitoring standards for flue gas emission,and analyzes the common equipment failures of CEMS(Continuous Emission Monitoring System)in the production process of lime kiln.In addition,it gives the corresponding solutions and puts forward optimization measures in the process of operation and maintenance to ensure the stable operation of CEMS system.
