摘要
针对H型钢生产线固定料筐原组合轴承滚轮结构使用中存在的问题,分析了造成轴承寿命短、更换频率高的原因,通过对其结构研究改造,降低了设备的维护维修成本和备件费用,减少了事故时间,提高了设备运行的稳定性和可靠性.
Abstract
In view of the problems existing in the use of the original combined bearing roller structure of the fixed basket of the H-beam production line,the reasons for the short bearing life and high replacement frequency were analyzed,and the maintenance and repair costs and spare parts costs of the equipment were reduced,the accident time was reduced,and the stability and reliability of the equipment operation were improved through the research and transformation of the structure.
