摘要

针对大型分厂轨梁轧机设备系统运行现状及物料粉尘外溢严重、可视化烟尘污染明显等问题,分析了热轧粉尘形成机理和扬尘原因,在原有水喷淋除尘系统基础上,提出基于微雾抑尘技术的新型气雾除尘系统方案.采取该技术后,设备运行成本降低,除尘效率提高.

Abstract

In view of the current situation of the operation status of the rail beam rolling mill in Large Section Branch Plant,the serious overflow of material dust,and the obviously visualized smoke and dust pollution,this paper analyzes the formation mechanism and causes of hot rolling dust,and proposes a new fog dust removal system scheme based on micro-fog dust suppression technology on the basis of the original water spray dust removal system.After adopting this technology,the operating cost of the equipment is reduced and the dust removal efficiency is improved.
