摘要
本钢炼钢厂6#板坯连铸机扇形段控制模式分为收缩辊缝和扇形段轻压下控制技术两种模式.本文分析了板坯铸机在两种控制模式转换过程中,铸机拉矫力过大造成拉不动板坯,严重时发生冻坯事故的原因及解决办法,通过优化扇形段控制过程,解决了两种控制模式转换时发生问题的现象.
Abstract
The control mode of the segment of the No.6 slab continuous caster of Bensteel Steel-making Plant is divided into two modes:roll gap shrinkage and light screw-down control technology of the segment.In this paper,the reasons and solutions of the conditions when the slab caster cannot cast due to excessive tension and correction force,even the slab solidification accident occurs in serious cases in the process of switching between the two control modes are analyzed.By optimizing the control process of the segment,the problem of the conversion of the two control modes is solved.
