摘要
针对1580线立辊轧机AWC液压系统存在异常振动和噪声现象,以及控制系统存在设计缺陷导致轧制过程中液压冲击较大等问题,通过对工作中轧制力冲击能的数值计算,制定了该液压系统的优化方案,有效地解决了AWC液压回路振动大、寿命短的技术难题.
Abstract
In view of the abnormal vibration and noise phenomena in AWC hydraulic system of 1580 vertical mill and the large hydraulic shock caused by design defects in the control system,this paper formulates the optimization scheme of the hydraulic system by calculating the impact energy of the rolling force during rolling,which effectively solves the technical problems of large vibration and short service life of AWC hydraulic circuit.
