摘要
分析了180t转炉汽化烟道寿命低的原因.汽化烟道系统除移动I段为单独,其余部分至未段固定烟道为一个整体式,从技术方面对烟道的使用寿命进行了分析,并提出相应的改进措施.
Abstract
In this paper,the reasons for the short service life of the vaporization flue of the 180 t converter are analyzed.The segment I of the vaporization flue system is mobile while the rest to the end of the fixed flue is a whole part.The service life of the flue is analyzed from the technical aspect,and the corresponding improvement measures are proposed.
