除铁器在预焙阳极生产中的研究与应用

摘要
预焙阳极的铁含量直接影响原铝中铁元素的含量,增设除铁器作为降低预焙阳极原材料铁含量的措施之一,在预焙阳极制造工艺中使用较多,但产品种类单一.为降低预焙阳极中的铁含量,提高产品质量,本文从生产过程中不同物料铁含量来源入手,分析解决措施,设置不同类型的除铁器,达到降低预焙阳极铁含量的目的.
Abstract
The iron content of prebaked anode directly affects the iron content in primary aluminum.Adding an iron remover is one of the measures to reduce the iron content of raw materials of prebaked anode,which is widely used in the manufacturing process of prebaked anode,but the product type is single.In order to reduce the iron content in prebaked anode and improve the product quality,this paper analyzes the solutions and sets up different types of iron removers from the perspective of the iron content sources of different materials in the production process,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the iron content in prebaked anode.
