摘要
针对干熄焦提升机吊钩合钩过程中可能发生的脱钩生产事故,采用工业机器视觉系统进行检测.通过工业机器视觉系统提供的图像判断,可以实现提升机吊钩合钩过程中异常现象的智能感知,减少了人工检查干熄焦关键工序的错误率和不确定性,提高了干熄焦的生产效率和安全性.
Abstract
In view of the production accidents of decoupling that may occur during hook closing of CDQ hoist,the vision system for industrial machine is used for detection.Through the image judgment provided by the vision system for industrial machine,the intelligent perception of abnormal phenomena in the process of hoist hook closing can be realized,which reduces the error rate and uncertainty of the key processes of manual inspection of CDQ,and improves the production efficiency and safety of CDQ.
