摘要
介绍了一种四辊可逆轧机的自动换辊装置.该设备安装于轧机操作侧,可实现自动更换成对工作辊或支承辊,且在其更换轧辊过程中,无需拆卸机旁盖板,便于留出物料通道.换辊过程操作稳定可靠,有效利用工厂空间,缩短了换辊时间,提高了轧线产能.
Abstract
In this paper,an automatic roll changing device for a four-high reversible rolling mill is introduced.The equipment is installed on the operating side of the rolling mill,which can automatically change pairs of work rolls or back-up rolls.And in the roll changing process,there is no need to remove the cover plate next to the rolling mill,which is convenient to leave the space for other materials passing.The operation of the roll changing process is stable and reliable,and the factory space is effectively utilized,which shortens the roll changing time and increases the capacity of the rolling production line.
