摘要
阐述了地铁运营初期车辆检修和管理的重要意义;分析了地铁运营初期车辆检修和管理存在的问题;通过采取提升员工业务能力,优化物资采购流程,借鉴同行业先进检修模式,利用信息化手段,实现智能运维管理等一系列措施,有效提高地铁车辆的检修质量和管理水平.
Abstract
This paper expounds the importance of vehicle overhaul and management in the early stage of subway operation.The problems existing in the overhaul and management of vehicles in the early stage of subway operation were analyzed.By taking a series of measures such as improving the business ability of employees,optimizing the material procurement process,learning from the advanced overhaul mode of the same industry,and using information technology to realize intelligent operation,overhaul and management,the overhaul quality and management level of subway vehicles are effectively improved.
