Research on Application of Domestic Submersible Pump to Replace Imported Submersible Pump
The submersible pump is emerged in the sewage containing solid particles for a long time,so it requires the durability and reliability of the seals of the submersible pump.The imported submersible pump and its components and parts have a long service life,but the purchase price of the equipment is high and the procurement cycle of spare parts is long;the service life of domestic submersible pumps is relatively short,but the equipment purchase price is low,the spare parts procurement is convenient,and the cycle is short.Combined with the application requirements and maintenance,this paper discusses the application of domestic submersible pumps to replace imported submersible pumps,and proposes the specific requirements and precautions for the selection of domestic pumps,which will be gradually tried under the premise of ensuring stable production and equipment safety,we will gradually keep trying in production.
