摘要
根据步进式冷床润滑点比较多,冷床前后段温度差异大,高温区润滑点油品流失严重、手动润滑不到位的现象,对设备润滑进行了创新,合理的引用了双线自动润滑系统.使用后,冷床运行平稳,年创收 44.9 万元.
Abstract
Considering the phenomenon that there are many lubrication points in the walking beam cooling bed,the temperature difference between the front and last sections of the cooling bed is large,the oil loss of the lubrication point in the high temperature area is serious,and the manual lubrication is not in place.The equipment lubrication is innovated,and the double-line automatic lubrication system is reasonably introduced.After use,the cooling bed runs smoothly and the annual income is 449,000 yuan.
