摘要
描述了真空引水装置技术在轧钢厂水处理漩流井提升中泵的应用,通过对漩流并提升泵优化改造,实现了漩流井提升泵组流量自动调节控制,提升了水泵效率,节约了电耗.
Abstract
This paper describes the application of vacuum water diversion device technology in the lifting pump of the whirl well of water treatment in the rolling mill,and realizes the automatic adjustment and control of the flow rate of the whirl well lifting pump unit through the optimization and transformation of the whirl well lifting pump,which improves the efficiency of the pump and saves power consumption.
