摘要
为了充分利用铸余钢渣、减少环境污染,鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂对四分厂RH、LF铸余钢渣实现返回转炉或返回LF精炼炉循环利用技术进行了研究,首次提出并实现转炉配加铸余钢渣冶炼技术,通过将RH、LF铸余钢渣热态返回转炉,实现转炉快速成渣及前期高效脱磷,节省了渣料消耗和氧气消耗,缩短了转炉处理时间.
Abstract
In order to make full use of the residual steel slag and reduce environmental pollution,the steel-making plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.has researched on the recycling technology of the RH and LF residual steel slag of the No.4 branch plant to realize the return to the converter or to the LF refining furnace,and proposed and realized the smelting technology of the converter with the addition of casting residual steel slag for the first time.By returning the RH and LF cast residual steel slag to the converter in a hot state,the rapid slag formation and efficient dephosphorization of the converter in the early stage are realized,which saves the slag consumption and oxygen consumption,and shortens the converter processing time.
