This paper introduces the advantages of online inspection technology of equipment in modern enterprises in view of the problems existing in the traditional post-accident and regular equipment maintenance modes,expounds the monitoring mode,system functions,system composition,and implementation plan of online detection technology for beneficiation plant production lines,and analyzes the specific application cases of online detection technology.By installing online vibration measurement points to collect data and analyze it,the failure rate of equipment has been significantly reduced,and the maintenance time has been reduced to ensure the stable operation of the production line.
