摘要
对推焦车、拦焦车提门系统进行了介绍,针对提门传感器更换难度大时间长等问题,提出了用外置液压缸传感器取代内置液压缸传感器的技术改进措施.措施实施后,减小了提门传感器的更换难度,缩短了更换时间,年节约费用约 55 万元.
Abstract
In this paper,the door lifting system of coke pusher and coke guide is introduced.In view of the problems of difficulty and long time to replace the sensors of door lifting system,the technical improvement measures of replacing the internal hydraulic cylinder sensors with the external hydraulic cylinder sensors are put forward.After the implementation of the measures,the difficulty of replacing the sensors of door lifting system was reduced,and the replacement time was shortened so that the annual cost is saved by about 550,000 yuan.
