摘要
针对莱钢FZ-150C型转子式翻车机不可靠、定位不准、液压站故障多、泄漏严重等问题,对靠车系统、信号系统、液压系统等进行升级改造,对重调机去除蓄能器,摆动油缸改为重锤四连杆结构,行星减速机由液压制动器改为卧式盘式制动器,简化了液压系统,实现翻车机系统安全可靠运行.
Abstract
In view of the problems of unreliable,inaccurate positioning,many faults and serious leakage of FZ-150C rotor dumper in Laiwu Steel Company,the vehicle leaning system,signal system and hydraulic system are upgraded and modified,the accumulator is removed from the readjustment machine,the swing cylinder is changed to a heavy hammer four bar linkage structure,and the hydraulic brake of the planetary reducer is changed to a horizontal disc brake,which simplified the hydraulic system and realized the safe and reliable operation of the dumper system.
