In view of the problems of unreasonable warehouse planning of the finished products,uncertainty of manual dispatch of crane driving and frequent error of manual data entry of the warehouse and logistics management system for the finished product warehouse area of wide strip production line in Laiwu Branch Company of Shandong Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the intelligent transformation of the logistics system for the warehouse area was carried out.As a result,the remote control and intelligent unmanned crane driving were realized,and the intelligent management of warehousing the finished coils was realized,which saved a lot of human resources,improved the efficiency of logistics operations in the warehouse area,and reduced the safety risks of the operation in the warehouse area.
