摘要

通过对飞剪直流电机主磁极线圈频繁烧损故障分析,结合现场实际运行工况,对主磁极线圈修复工艺进行了改进,进一步优化了相关参数,确保了飞剪直流电机的修复质量,同时大幅降低了飞剪电机的故障率,保证了现场生产的安全运行.

Abstract

In this paper,through the failure analysis of the frequent burning failure of the main pole coil of the DC motor of flying shear,and combined with the actual operating conditions on site,the repair process of the main pole coil was improved,and the relevant parameters were further optimized,so as to ensure the repair quality of the DC motor of flying shear,and at the same time greatly reduce the failure rate of the flying shear motor and ensure the safe operation of on-site production.
