Transformation and Application of Cooling Water System of Hot Blast Stove of Blast Furnace
The cooling water volume of the previously designed hot blast stoves of two 1880 m3 blast furnaces in Laiwu Steel Co.,Ltd.can no longer meet the cooling needs of the blast furnace at this stage,and the number of damaging hot blast valve increases,which affects the normal production and operation efficiency of the blast furnace.Through the transformation of the furnace cooling system,the cooling water system of the hot blast furnace was optimized,the water volume of the hot blast valve was increased,and the water pressure was increased.After the cooling was strengthened,good results were achieved and the stable operation of the blast furnace was ensured.
