进口强力破碎机国产化研究与应用

摘要
对比分析了国产和进口强力破碎机整体性能存在的问题,结果表明,进口比国产破碎机破碎能力强,但存在使用成本高等问题,因此,结合国产破碎机运维费用低、材料备件货源可控等使用优点,对进口破碎机进行国产化改进.改进后的破碎机破碎钼铁能力基本达到进口破碎机能力,其备品、备件使用成本大幅度降低.
Abstract
This paper compares and analyzes the problems existing in the overall performance of domestic and imported powerful crushers,and the results show that the crushing capacity of imported crushers is stronger than that of domestic ones,but there are problems such as high use costs.The crushing capacity of the improved crusher has basically reached the capacity of the imported crusher,and the cost of spares and spare parts has been greatly reduced.
