Exploration and Application of Anti-steel Sticking With Pinch Roll for Hot Rolled Checkered Coil
This paper briefly describes the present situation of coiler unit and pinch roll in hot continuous rolling line,analyzes the reasons of abnormal steel sticking on the upper surface of pinch roll of the coiler when producing coil.By optimizing motor current limiting and control of pinch roll of the coiler,and pinch roll pressure,the problem of steel sticking on pinch roll in producing hot rolled checkered coil was solved,and the production efficiency and product quality were further improved.
