摘要
针对承德建龙特殊钢小棒线 1300 t冷剪剪切马蹄、飞边等质量问题,以及剪切异音、飞轮轴承频繁损坏等设备隐患,进行系统大修.冷剪大修后,改善了冷剪性能,提升了剪切质量,消除了设备隐患.
Abstract
In view of the quality problems of horseshoe shearing shape and flash of 1300 t cold shear of small size bar production line in Chengde Jianlong Special Steel Co.,Ltd.,as well as the hidden dangers of the equipment such as shear noise and frequent damage to flywheel bearings,systematic overhaul was conducted.After the cold shear overhaul,the cold shear performance is improved,the shear quality is improved,and the hidden dangers of the equipment are eliminated.
