摘要
介绍了蓄热式煤气热风炉自动点火及熄火保护系统的构成及操作程序,通过PLC系统实现自动点火及熄火保护,在炉膛熄火时,能够自动切断烧嘴管道煤气.安装自动点火及熄火保护系统能有效防止煤气回火、炉膛爆燃、煤气外泄等情况的发生,提高蓄热式热风炉点火和运行时的安全性和可靠性.
Abstract
This paper introduces the composition and operation procedures of the automatic ignition and flame-out protection system of the regenerative gas hot blast stove.It realizes the automatic ignition and flame-out protection through the PLC system,which can automatically cut the pipeline gas of the burner when the hearth is flame-out.The installation of automatic ignition and flame-out protection system can effectively prevent the occurrence of gas backfire,hearth deflagration,gas leakage,etc.,and improve the safety and reliability of the ignition and operation of the regenerative hot blast stove.
