Application of Automatic Label Welding System in High-speed Wire Rod of Rolling Mill
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity existing in the traditional manual labeling method of finished steel labels of high-speed wire rod of rolling mill,an automatic label welding system is added to the north and south high-speed wire rod finishing lines of rolling mill of Shougang Changzhi Steel and Iron Co.,Ltd.After being put into production,the welding time of two labels is controlled within 45 s,and the success rate of welding labels is over 99.5%,which fully meets the on-site needs.The system has advanced technology,remarkable welding effect,simple operation and convenient maintenance,and has high popularization and application value.
