Discussion on Application of Flue Gas Continuous Monitoring System in Heating Furnace
This paper describes the comprehensive application of flue gas continuous monitoring system in heating furnace.In order to realize the online monitoring of gaseous pollutants(SO2,NOX,O2)and particulate matter concentration,temperature,pressure,flow rate and humidity in the flue gas of the heating furnace on the operating table,a new S7-300 PLC system is added to the flue gas analysis room to establish communication.As a result,the real-time transmission of flue gas continuous monitoring data to the host computer is realized,and displaying,intelligent early warning and alarming on the new-added screen of the heating furnace combustion system are realized,so as to realize the interlocking control with the process combustion of the heating furnace.
