Analysis on Damage Cause of Water Cooling Bearing Block of Continuous Casting Conveyor Roller Table
This paper analyzes the damage cause of the bearings on bearing block of the continuous casting conveyor roller table,proposes the improvement measures of the water cooling system and automatic control system.After the improvement,the usage of the bearings was reduced by 90%so that the annual maintenance cost was saved by about 100,000 yuan.
