摘要
分析了连铸输送辊道轴承座轴承损坏的原因,提出了水冷系统、自动控制系统改进措施.改进后,轴承用量减少 90%,年节约维修费用约 10 万元.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the damage cause of the bearings on bearing block of the continuous casting conveyor roller table,proposes the improvement measures of the water cooling system and automatic control system.After the improvement,the usage of the bearings was reduced by 90%so that the annual maintenance cost was saved by about 100,000 yuan.
