摘要
在连铸生产中漏钢事故时有发生,漏钢事故对生产和设备的影响极大.本钢集团本钢炼钢厂主要通过对连铸机发生漏钢事故造成冻坯的原因进行分析,找出铸机漏钢程序控制存在的问题.通过优化铸机控制程序,包括优化扇形段、夹持辊、二冷水以及铸机拉速的控制逻辑,有效解决漏钢冻坯问题,提高了铸机生产作业率,降低了生产成本.
Abstract
The breakout accidents occur from time to time in continuous casting production,and which has a great impact on the production and equipment.By analyzing the reasons of slab solidification caused by the breakout accidents of the continuous caster in Steelmaking Plant of Bensteel Group Co.,Ltd.,the problems existing in the control of the breakout process of the caster are found out.Through optimizing the control program of the caster,including the control logic of the segment,clamping rolls,secondary cooling water and the casting speed of the caster,the problem of slab solidification after breakout is effectively solved,the production operation rate of the caster is improved,and the production cost is reduced.
