摘要

从设备智能监测系统功能架构、系统实施、安装技术要求、系统调试及系统验收五个维度论述了项目技术方案,通过构建系统的智能诊断、高级分析、多种分析工具等创新点与关键技术,实现设备运行状态判定、性能分析和故障预警,支撑钢铁企业开展预测性维护,减少产线非计划停机.

Abstract

This paper discusses the technical scheme of the project from the five dimensions of the functional architecture,system implementation,technical requirements of installation,system commissioning and system acceptance of the intelligent monitoring system of equipment.The judgment of equipment operation status,performance analysis and fault early warning are realized by building innovative points and key technologies such as systematic intelligent diagnosis,advanced analysis and a variety of analysis tools of the system so as to support iron and steel enterprises to carry out predictive maintenance,and reduce unplanned shutdown time of production lines.
