摘要
通过对国内公路运输卷板的方式进行比较,分析得出了冶金运输企业规模化公路运输卷板和其它散料运输的特殊需求,建立了冶金运输企业快捷化公路运输的生产模式,研制与应用适合重型半挂车的多功能卷板支架;该种结构的卷板支架制作成本较低,堆垛后占用空间小,便于批量运输与存放,具有安全可靠性高、通用性较好、维护成本低等特点.
Abstract
Through the comparison of domestic highway coil transportation,the special needs of large-scale highway coil transportation and other bulk material transportation of metallurgical transportation enterprises were analyzed as the conclusion.As a result,the production mode of fast highway transportation of metallurgical transportation enterprises was established,and the multi-functional coil support suitable for heavy-duty semi-trailers was developed and applied.The production cost of the coil support of this structure is low,the space occupied after stacking is small,it is convenient for batch transportation and storage,and has the characteristics of high safety and reliability,good versatility and low maintenance cost.
